Terms of Service

Effective date: July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SyteIt websites, mobile applications, web console, booking pages, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by YS Ventures Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

1. Beta service

SyteIt is currently offered in private beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during beta.

Account registration is invite-only. General self-service signup is not available. Access may be granted through our Founding Inspector Program or direct invitation from our team.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for licensed or practicing professional property inspectors and their authorized staff in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legal sufficiency of inspection reports and professional opinions you deliver to clients.
• SyteIt is a productivity tool. It does not perform inspections, does not replace your professional judgment, and does not guarantee code compliance, safety, or property condition.
• You must have authorization to capture and upload images and data for properties you inspect.
• You will not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

4. AI-assisted features

AI-generated suggestions (including narratives, severity hints, and standards references) are drafts for your review. You must verify all content before including it in a client deliverable. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, or appropriate for any jurisdiction.

5. Accounts and authentication

You sign in through third-party identity providers (such as Google or Apple). You are responsible for safeguarding access to those accounts. Notify us promptly at support@syteit.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Client booking

Inspectors who enable public booking links are responsible for their availability, appointments, and communications with clients. SyteIt facilitates scheduling notifications but is not a party to the inspection agreement between inspector and client.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, software, and branding. You retain ownership of inspection content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information. By using the Service you agree to that policy.

9. Fees and subscriptions

During beta, some accounts may receive free or promotional access under the Founding Inspector Program Terms. When paid access applies to your account, the following terms govern:

• Inspector subscription: SyteIt Pro is billed at $109 USD per month per inspector account, or another price clearly shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes.
• Payment processing: Subscriptions are processed by Stripe through the SyteIt web console or payment links we provide. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
• Auto-renewal: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Founding and promotional pricing: Program rewards (including discounted or extended free access) apply only as described in your acceptance email, account settings, or the Founding Inspector Program Terms. They do not stack with other offers unless we expressly allow it.
• Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Changes apply to the next billing cycle after notice, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Client booking deposits (when enabled by an inspector) are separate from inspector subscriptions. Deposit terms are shown at checkout and in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, abuse, or operational reasons. See Account deletion for data removal requests.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YS VENTURES GROUP LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
