SyteIt (“SyteIt,” “we,” “us”) is operated by YS Ventures Group LLC (“Company”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the SyteIt mobile application, web console, public booking pages, Founding Inspector Program, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

• Account information: When you sign in (Apple or Google), we receive identifiers and contact information provided by the authentication provider (such as name and email address).
• Inspection data: Property addresses, client names, inspection notes, photos, voice dictation, and report content you create in the app.
• Booking data: When clients book through an inspector’s public link, we collect contact details, property address, and appointment information submitted on the booking form.
• Founding Inspector applications: Name, email, phone, practice details, and responses you submit on the application form.
• Device and usage data: App diagnostics, crash reports, and technical logs used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use information

• Provide inspection capture, AI-assisted analysis, cloud sync, and PDF report generation
• Authenticate users and secure the Service
• Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and fix errors
• Comply with legal obligations

3. AI processing

Photos you submit for analysis may be processed by automated systems (including Google Gemini) to suggest findings and narrative text. You review and approve content before it appears in your reports. Do not submit images you are not authorized to share.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that host infrastructure and communications under contractual safeguards, including Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, Google Gemini (Vertex AI), Twilio SendGrid (email), and Twilio (SMS when enabled)
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety

Inspection reports you export or share are under your control as the inspector.

5. Data retention

We retain account and inspection data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated cloud data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) and authenticated access to cloud services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your choices

• Access and update inspector profile information in the app
• Request account or data deletion — see Account deletion
• Decline to use optional AI features (where available offline, core capture may still work)

Our websites use essential authentication and technical cookies as described in our Cookie Notice.

8. United States focus

The Service is intended for professional home inspectors in the United States. If you access the Service from other regions, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

9. Children

The Service is a business tool not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the effective date above.
