Founding Inspector Program Terms

Effective date: July 3, 2026

These terms supplement the SyteIt Terms of Service and apply if you apply to or participate in the Founding Inspector Program (“Program”).

1. Program overview

The Program selects up to 50 working professional property inspectors to use SyteIt during private beta, provide structured feedback, and earn contribution-based rewards. Participation is by application and invitation only — submission does not guarantee acceptance.

2. Eligibility

• You must be a practicing or licensed home/property inspector in the United States (or authorized staff applying on behalf of a qualified inspector with permission).
• You must provide accurate information in your application.
• We may decline or remove participants at our discretion to maintain program quality and capacity.

3. Contributions & points

Points are awarded for verified activities such as completed inspections, exported reports, feedback, bug reports, and accepted feature suggestions. Point values and activity types may change during beta. Only your highest unlocked reward tier applies.

4. Rewards

Reward tiers (Bronze through Platinum) may include badges, discounts, promotional pricing, advisory access, or extended free periods as described on the application page. Rewards:

• Have no cash value unless explicitly stated
• Are non-transferable
• May be modified or discontinued with notice if required for operational or legal reasons
• Apply only while your Program membership is active and in good standing

5. Beta expectations

As a Founding Inspector you agree to:

• Use SyteIt in real inspection workflows where practical
• Report bugs and usability issues in good faith
• Participate in occasional feedback or product calls if you indicated willingness and we invite you
• Not publicly misrepresent SyteIt as a finished, certified, or code-compliance product

6. Confidentiality

Pre-release features, roadmap details shared under the Program, and non-public program communications should be treated as confidential unless we expressly authorize sharing.

7. Data & privacy

Application data (name, email, phone, practice details) is processed per our Privacy Policy. By applying you confirm the information is accurate and you consent to us contacting you about your application and the Program.

8. No employment or agency

Participation does not create employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You remain an independent professional responsible for your inspections and client relationships.

9. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may revoke membership for abuse, misrepresentation, or conduct harmful to the Program or other users. Unearned or misallocated rewards may be forfeited.

10. Changes

We may update Program terms or structure during beta. Material changes will be posted at this URL.
